This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it doesn’t load fonts or scripts from other companies. You don’t need to give any personal details to download the guide. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-term server logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working.

If you message us

You can contact us on TikTok. We use your messages only to reply and help you. TikTok handles your account and messages under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Message @kayrilm on TikTok to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
